Steak with Balsamic Mushrooms



Steak night has been upgraded with this Steak with Balsamic Mushrooms meal!

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE STEAK MARINADE

1 lb Flank Steak

3 tbsp Tamari Sauce

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1  Garlic Clove

Salt and pepper

FOR THE DISH

1 tbsp Ghee

12 oz  Bella Mushrooms

1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl combine the olive oil, Tamari sauce, minced Garlic, and salt and pepper. Slice the flank steak against the grain. Place the steak in the bowl and marinate for 30 min to an hour. After the steak is done marinating, heat the ghee in a medium saucepan. Add steak to the pan and cook until done. Add mushrooms to the pan, along with the balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until mushrooms start to brown for 5-10 minutes. Serve right away.
