Macros for the entire quiche: 759 cal, 5g carbs, 61g protein, 55g fat
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
90 grams short rind bacon (I think it is called canadian bacon in America)
100 grams spinach
30 grams diced brown onion
30 grams heavy cream
80 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 celsius (356 F) and line baking tin with baking paper
Cook bacon and chop into small pieces once removed from the pan
Add onion into the pan and once translucent turn off heat
Add chopped spinach into pan and stir until wilted
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and beat with a fork
Add cream, salt and pepper to beaten egg
Add bacon, onion and spinach to egg mixture and pour into parchment lined dish
Top with half of your shredded cheese and place into oven for 12 minutes
Add remainder of cheese and turn oven to broil for 5 minutes to brown the top
Slice and enjoy!
