Keto Salmon Fish Taco

Ingredients

Sauce:

  • 2/3 oz Mayonnaise

  • 1/3 oz Sriracha

Taco & Bowl:

  • 4 oz salmon

  • 1 Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortilla

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 thin slice onion, chopped

  • 1 oz chopped jalapenos

  • 2 oz Trader Joe's Organic Broccoli Slaw

  • 1 oz Trader Joe's Frozen Pepper Melange (red, yellow, green)

  • 1 tbsp Trader Joe's Chile Lime Seasoning Blend

Steps:

Sauce:

  1. Mix Sriracha and Mayonnaise together

Taco & Bowl:

  1. Warm tortilla (or fry it for more fun)

  2. Add oil to pan and pan fry frozen peppers, onions, jalapeno, then set aside

  3. Pan fry salmon adding 1/2 the chile lime seasoning blend to pan

  4. While salmon is frying, mix sauce into the broccoli slaw

  5. Make a taco with the tortilla, slaw, pepper/onion/jalapeno mix, salmon and rest of the chile lime seasoning blend, what doesn't fit in the taco, throw into a bowl
