1lb Lobster meat ( two tails was roughly 12oz, so adjust recipe accordingly).
¼C Mayonnaise (go easy, too much is gross).
2tbsp lemon juice ( add 1tbsp first and try it, or add squeezes later).
½tsp mustard (Dijon/spicy, whichever you like).
1pinch paprika
Sea salt & black pepper to taste.

2tbsp green onions (sliced thin)
